About this role
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate Russian Turkish interpretation during patient consultations, medical discussions, assessments, and other healthcare-related interactions.
- Translate medical documents, reports, correspondence, consent forms, and other relevant materials between Russian and Turkish.
- Facilitate communication between patients/families and doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Explain medical information accurately while maintaining the intended meaning and context without adding personal interpretation.
- Assist patients and their families throughout their journey with the International Patient Service Team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Support communication through phone calls, video consultations, meetings, and in-person interactions whenever required.
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth communication and patient support.
- Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity when interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Support the Sales and Marketing functions in identifying opportunities and generating new business.
- Willing to travel within the UAE and abroad as required.
- Assist with administrative or coordination tasks related to translation and interpretation as required.
