Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across store, delivery, and digital channels to support business objectives.
- Manage promotional materials (POSM), including artwork, production, distribution, and store readiness for campaign launches.
- Support digital sales and loyalty programs by coordinating promotions, member activities, rewards, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stores, IT, vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities and campaigns.
- Organize and support marketing events, catering activities, and brand activations, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Track campaign and sales performance, analyze results, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend actions to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, CRM, Trade Marketing, or a related area.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and sales performance data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
