Roles and Responsibilities
You will be working with German based teams and clients. You bring a high level of German language skill to interact with German
team members and support your team colleagues on specific translation requests
Taking care of the planning, organization and, if necessary, the implementation as well as the preparation and follow-up of
appointments, team meetings
Act as the central point of contact for your team, you are a sparring partner for the entire range of topics in daily business
Working closely with the Planning and Resourcing team that involves preparing various reports on a frequent basis also working on
planning system and tools
Extraction of various reports from the reporting system and auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports
Administratively, various systems support you in managing team To-do's and Timesheets and creating reports
Complete admin and operational duties as requested by the (Sr.) Managers, AMs and/or team
Support administrative processes of our customer orders or manage incidental assistance and office management tasks
This role is for you if you have the below
Educational qualifications
Any graduate
German language certification with desired C1 level completed
Work experience
The candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
FS experience
Mandatory technical and functional skills
Good command on German language, at least C1 level, and no problem with preparing issues and content in English and communicating
clearly
Proficient in MS Office applications
Preferred technical and functional skills
Proficiency/ Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments
Key behavioral attributes/requirements
Interact professionally with colleagues and clients and thus ensure smooth processes.
Act flexibly, routinely and proactively while working on complex processes and maintain and overview even during busy periods of
audits.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
