As Executive für Sandra 1 you will be a key member of the TH/CGI‑A leadership team at Daimler Truck AG, driving strategic initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional projects and supporting senior management in decision‑making processes. The role combines high‑level operational oversight with hands‑on implementation in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the TH/CGI‑A department in alignment with corporate goals.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations and briefing materials for senior executives.
• Manage budgetary planning, monitoring and cost‑control activities.
• Facilitate communication between the leadership team and operational units.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support talent development, coaching and performance management within the department.
• Represent the department in internal and external stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee risk management and compliance related to departmental activities.
• Drive digital transformation and innovation projects in collaboration with IT and engineering.

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior management or executive support role, preferably in the automotive or logistics sector.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, project management and cross‑functional leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix organization and influence without direct authority.
• High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SAP and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and internationally.
