About this role
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, gerontology, business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, healthcare, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managing community operations.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to assisted living and memory care.
- Meets or has the ability to meet applicable state requirements for Assisted Living Executive Directors.
- Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain regulatory compliance, and respond to urgent community needs as necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and effectively use electronic health records, scheduling, payroll, and other business software systems.
