The Executive Assistant manages scheduling, client communication, client experience, and administrative tasks to ensure the advisors can focus on client relationships and strategic financial planning.
Salary range $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience + best in class benefits.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Team Support
- Manage calendar and email inbox for wealth management advisor
- Schedule client meetings
- Manage client experience
- Keep electronic files organized
- Update and maintain CRM system
- Coordinate all mailing
- Generate various reports
- Track licensing/certifications
Qualifications
