We are seeking a detail‑oriented Executive to join our Workers Compensation line of business within the Insurance P&C department. The role involves reviewing and validating claim documents, updating claim information per established procedures, and ensuring all transactions comply with desktop guidelines while meeting productivity and quality targets.

• Review and identify various types of claim documents.
• Verify and update Workers Comp claim information according to set requirements.
• Research and gather necessary Workers Compensation claim data.
• Process transactions in line with desktop procedures.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality goals.
• Integrate procedural changes into daily workflow.
• Provide quality reviews to ensure data accuracy when required.
• Validate information against policy and regulatory standards.
• Escalate discrepancies or issues to senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records of all claim activities.

• Basic experience in document review and data validation.
• Familiarity with Workers Compensation claim processes.
• Ability to follow and apply desktop procedures consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Adaptability to procedural changes and new guidelines.
• Minimum high school diploma; higher education in insurance or related field is a plus.
