We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive in the Collections | FOS department. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient management of our collections processes and contributing to the overall financial success of the company. The Executive will work closely with the department head and other team members to implement effective strategies and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate recovery of outstanding payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the collections function, including process improvements and efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and financial operations, and implement innovative solutions.

  • Support the department head in developing and executing long-term strategic plans for the Collections | FOS department.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations, in all collections activities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or financial operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of collections processes, debt recovery techniques, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in using collections management software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
