As an Executive, you will play a vital role in our team, focusing on client relationship management and business expansion. Your primary goal will be to enhance our client's experience, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with our diverse team, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.

• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
• Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to inform business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client delivery.
• Provide regular updates and reports on client engagements, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices, sharing insights with the team.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Maintain a positive and professional company image through excellent customer service.
• Support the team in achieving departmental and organizational goals.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
