Events & Partnerships Manager

We are looking for proactive and detail-driven Events & Partnerships Manager to join our Sales operations and Intelligence Team. Our team works closely with government institutions, vendors and international partners to participate in events and roadshows that put Lithuania in front of global business audiences. We also lead the country's presence at key international events, turning partnerships and signature events into opportunities that strengthen Lithuania's position as an investment destination. 

What will you be doing?  

• Manage Invest Lithuania’s annual events and roadshow calendar, ensuring our standard quality control.  

• Own the event budget - from forecasting and cost negotiations to post-event reconciliation. 

• Organize signature events for Invest Lithuania, covering all aspects from idea to implementation.  

• Define success metrics for events, gather and analyze data, and deliver post-event reports that turn results into clear, actionable recommendations. 

• Identify and secure event partners, sponsors, and vendors aligned with organizational goals. 

• Maintain and grow Invest Lithuania's network of stakeholders and institutional partners in relation to events and site visits, serving as one of the main points of contact.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.  

• Provide proactive support and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed. 

What do we expect from you?  

• Higher education (in marketing, communication or any other area of social sciences).   

• At least 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating events.  

• Experience managing budgets and reporting on event performance. 

• Excellent project Management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities, observe deadlines and deliver consistently high-quality results.   

• Expertise in creating compelling presentations and data visualizations to communicate insights and performance effectively.  

• Superb verbal and written communication skills, in English and Lithuanian. 

• Strong networking, relationship management, and vendor negotiation abilities. 

• Creativity and drive to improve, learn and achieve big results – in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.  

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management.

• Gross salary from 2700 – 3700 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
