Job Description

• Plan and deliver events end-to-end, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Lead event operations (pre, during, post-event), ensuring smooth execution and low operational issues.

• Manage venues, vendors, and logistics, including vendor selection, contract management, and performance evaluation.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Manage client relationships and communication throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and alignment on expectations and alignment on expectations.

• Prepare and present event proposals, including budgeting, scope, and execution plans.

• Supervise event coordinators and on-ground teams, ensuring clear task ownership, accountability, and execution efficiency.

• Support event-related sales and client coordination when required.

• Track and control event budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to plans.

• Oversee financial management of events, including cost tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.

• Prepare post-event reports with insights, KPIS and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in event management or operations.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage events under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of event sales and client coordination is a plus.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
