Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Create detailed event proposals, including budgets and timelines.
- Oversee event logistics, such as guest registrations, seating arrangements, and transportation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors before, during, and after events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and trends.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Protel PMS will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
