Renewal by Andersen is hiring Part-Time Events Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at local events, fairs, festivals, home shows, retail locations, and community activations.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You will be on your feet, approaching homeowners, starting conversations, creating interest, and setting appointments for our Sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Events Brand Ambassador, your goal is to generate customer interest and book qualified appointments for free in-home consultations.

You will:

• Engage with homeowners in a friendly, confident, and natural way
• Represent Renewal by Andersen at events, retail locations, and community activations
• Ask questions to understand homeowners’ window and door needs
• Invite interested homeowners to learn more about our products and services
• Set appointments for our Sales team
• Enter customer information accurately using a tablet
• Help with event setup and takedown, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Work toward clear goals and appointment-setting targets

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable approaching people, can handle rejection professionally, and stays motivated throughout a shift.

• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

No prior sales experience is required, but you must be comfortable talking to people and working toward performance goals.

Schedule

This is a part-time role with a focus on evenings and weekends, as those are our busiest event times.
