Skillbridge Academy is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team in Miami, FL.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and initiatives from preparation through completion. You will work closely with team members to ensure each event runs smoothly, maintains professional standards, and delivers an excellent experience for attendees.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, communicating with people, solving problems, and seeing projects come together from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and coordination of events.
• Support event setup, organization, execution, and breakdown.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, supplies, and event-related logistics.
• Communicate professionally with attendees, team members, vendors, and partners.
• Help maintain a welcoming and organized environment throughout each event.
• Monitor event activities and respond quickly to operational needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
• Assist with administrative and organizational tasks related to upcoming events.
• Identify opportunities to improve event organization and attendee experience.
• Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and a positive attitude.
