We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Event Sales & Reservations Agent to join our team at Copthorne Hotel Cardiff!
In this role, you will handle event and accommodation enquiries, convert bookings, coordinate customer requirements, and deliver exceptional service from enquiry through to event completion.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous sales, reservations or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nestled on the peaceful banks of its own ornamental lake, the Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd offers convenient access to a variety of local attractions. Guests can choose from Standard, Club or Suite accommodation, the majority of which offer picturesque views over the lake.
