We are now looking for an experienced Event Manager / Producer to strengthen our team across the Nordic region. The Producer plays a key role in ensuring the successful production of complex events. The Producer works closely with the Creative Managers and Event Leads on large-scale and intricate projects, overseeing all production-related aspects to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

This is an office-based role and we are looking for someone based in Stockholm, Oslo or Copenagen.

What you'll do:

• Develop and oversee detailed production plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Event Leads and clients, recommending optimal production solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams and other service providers to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and ensure flawless execution of all production elements
• Oversee all phases of the project from production perspective, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage the budgetary aspects of production for projects.
• Participate in client meetings and pitch presentations, both virtually and in person Collaborate with creative, logistics, and other functional teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Negotiate quotations and contracts with suppliers, co-producers, insurers or service providers.
• Travel to event locations to oversee on-site production setup and execution.
• Manage real-time coordination and problem-solving during live event delivery.
  
  
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing event productions.
• Used to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian, Swedish or Danish.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• In-depth understanding of staging, AV equipment, lighting, and other technical production components.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple aspects of large-scale events simultaneously
• Able to travel within the Nordic region and across Europe up to 20% of working time.
