About the Role

KKday is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-oriented Event Coordinator to support our booth during ITE Travel Fair 2026. The KKday booth will be located within the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) booth

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will represent KKday by introducing our travel platform, recommending travel experiences, and assisting visitors with event promotions and booking inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage visitors at the KKday booth.
  • Introduce KKday and explain our travel platform, services, and products.
  • Recommend suitable travel experiences, attractions, transportation, and activities based on visitors' interests.
  • Assist visitors with event promotions, campaigns, and booking-related inquiries.
  • Encourage visitors to explore and purchase KKday products during the event.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming booth environment.
  • Work closely with the KKday team to ensure smooth booth operations.
  • Remain at the booth during assigned working hours, taking scheduled breaks in rotation with other staff to ensure continuous booth coverage.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in approaching and engaging with visitors.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (English is required).
  • Available to work the full event period (27–29 August 2026, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM).
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional.
  • Previous experience in events, exhibitions, retail sales, brand promotion, or customer service is preferred.
  • Passionate about travel and able to learn quickly about KKday's products and services.

Working Schedule

  • Dates: 27–29 August 2026 (3 Days)
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour (staggered rotation to ensure the booth is staffed at all times)
