EU Retail & Wholesale Partnerships Manager
About this role
Conceive Plus and SASMAR are growing fast across Europe and we're looking for someone to own and grow our retail and wholesale channel.
This is a relationship-first role. You'll be identifying the right partners, getting us on shelf, and making sure we stay there and grow.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and approaching wholesale distributors, pharmacy chains, health retailers across EU markets
- Building and managing long-term relationships with buyers and account managers
- Negotiating ranging, placement, pricing and promotional support
- Working with the marketing team to support in-store visibility and sell-through
- Reporting on account performance and pipeline
What we're looking for
- Lead-level experience in trade sales, wholesale or retail account management in Europe
- Comfortable hunting new accounts and managing existing accounts
- Knowledge of how pharmacy, health retail or consumer goods distribution works in at least 2-3 EU markets
- Experience working with pharmacy buyers, wholesale distributors, retail account managers, or category buyers across EU markets
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, reporting tools and CRM or project management systems to track pipeline and account performance
- Self-directed, organised and good with people
- Business-fluent English
- Eligible to work in Malta
- Additional languages are a plus
- Available for occasional partner visits and market travel is a plus
- Competitive base salary of 35000-50000 EUR/year + uncapped commission
