Vue d’ensemble Assurer l’interface technique et commerciale pour concevoir et estimer des solutions de Systèmes de Gestion Technique du Bâtiment (BMS) et soutenir le développement commercial.
Responsabilités clés
- Concevoir/dimensionner des solutions BMS ; réaliser des études de faisabilité ; interpréter les spécifications et les dessins.
- Avant-vente : qualifier les exigences ; préparer des concepts/architectures ; soutenir les négociations.
- Estimation : élaborer des estimations détaillées de coûts et d’offres ; évaluer les options ; gérer les documents d’appel d’offres.
- Collaboration : transfert à la phase de livraison ; maintenir les relations avec les fournisseurs ; suivre les tendances technologiques.
Profil du candidat
- Formation : Licence/Master en automatisation, génie électrique, CVC ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : estimation BMS, avant-vente et ingénierie ; développement de propositions.
- Compétences : connaissance en CVC et contrôle ; savoir lire les spécifications et dessins ; BACnet/Modbus/KNX ; plateformes BMS ; réseaux IP ; MS Office.
- Langues : français courant ; anglais professionnel ; allemand un atout.
- Quaités personnelles : analytique, orientation client, souci du détail, esprit d’équipe.
Langues
- Français : courant à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Anglais : bon niveau professionnel.
- L’allemand et/ou le luxembourgeois constituent un atout.
