Responsável por auxiliar a área de Contabilidade, elaborar as conciliações contábeis, auxiliar nos lançamentos manuais e controle dos arquivos.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Conciliações contábeis;
- Lançamentos manuais solicitados;
- Lançamento de provisões solicitados;
- Suporte nos controles de Ativo Fixo;
- Suporte nas contagens de inventário;
- Controle de arquivos (conciliações, lançamentos);
- Suporte no controle e apropriação das despesas antecipadas;
- Suporte na rotina do contas a receber;
- Envio de informações para o banco para geração de boletos;
- Suporte na administração da carteira de Recebíveis da empresa;
- Suporte na preparação de documentos para a auditoria interna e externa;
Qualificações
- Cursando Ciências contabeis
- Inglês intermediário.
