  • Suportar as atividades do Field Support (relacionamento ao cliente);
  • Auxiliar nos agendamentos de serviços; 
  • Suportar no atendimento de pós vendas;
  • Apoio na análise de dados dos atendimentos e pesquisas de satisfação;
  • Auxilio nas Implementações de melhorias no Sistema CRM da VDO; e
  • Acompanhar as atividades em campo com o time de operações.

Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior cursando em Engenharia Elétrica, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas e Engenharia da Computação;
  • Power BI Intermediário; 
  • Pacote Office Intermediário; e
  • Inglês Básico.
