What We Do

This role is part of the National Residential Team and provides support to escrow operations by assisting with administrative duties related to escrow closings file reviews. The Escrow Support Processor will intake closing packages and ensure proper distribution to internal and external parties.

This is an in office position located at 110 E 42nd St, 10th Floor, New York, NY

What You’ll Do

• Provides a wide range of support to the escrow operations department.
• Reviews and audits files related to escrow closings.
• Reviews settlement documents for accuracy.
• Works with escrow units when missing information is identified to ensure accuracy of closing is documented.
• Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
• Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of administrative, processing, or related experience

• Financial services or title experience preferred
• Detail orientation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Organizational skills
• High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $21.62 - $28.83 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
