Job Title: ERP Sales Representative – Technology Solutions

Talent 360 is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full‑time job opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced business environment.

About the Role As a Sales Representative at Talent 360, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling technology solutions to restaurants and retail businesses. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of B2B sales experience and the ability to work closely with different teams to ensure smooth workflow, accurate follow‑up, and high‑quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Client relationship management – Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, ensuring expectations are met.
• Sales prospecting – Generate leads through self-sourced opportunities and marketing-provided contacts.

• Outbound engagement – Make daily calls and conduct demos/meetings weekly with qualified prospects.
• Sell technology solutions (POS software and hardware for restaurants and retail).

• Revenue achievement – Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Market analysis – Provide regular updates on sales performance, competition, and opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration – Partner with IT, support, and client teams to deliver seamless solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce & Business Administration or Management & Technologyor or related field preferred

• 2- 4Years of experiance in B2B
• Cairo residents preferred.

• Technical aptitude – Ability to understand and explain complex technology in simple terms.
• Communication skills – Excellent written and verbal English & Arabic; French is a plus.
• Organizational skills – Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Sales passion – Enthusiasm for building client relationships and driving growth.
• Microsoft Office proficiency – Especially Excel.
