What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent approach to managing employee issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, conducting thorough investigations and resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Advise management on labor relations issues, including contract negotiations, labor disputes, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, labor laws, and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.

We’d love to hear from you if:
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations or labor relations, with a proven track record of managing complex employee issues.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in conducting investigations and managing employee grievances.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
