Based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, our team operates a fleet of advanced vacuum hydrovac trucks to deliver safe dig solutions for a variety of industrial and environmental projects. As an Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are executed safely and efficiently, while upholding our reputation for quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operate heavy and light industrial cleaning equipment at customer sites, including vacuum and hydroblasting equipment and ultra high-pressure pumps.
  • Serve as a safety representative, ensuring compliance with company and customer safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and emergency response procedures.
  • Energize and operate pumping, hydroblasting, chemical cleaning, vacuum truck, and cutting equipment used on jobs.
  • Inspect cleaned surfaces to confirm conformance with company and customer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment used on the job.
  • Perform duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines, and jet rodders.
  • Safely load, transport, and unload materials.
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain driver logs, and comply with DOT and vehicle policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions
  • Experience working under OSHA-aligned safety procedures and emergency response procedures on industrial job sites
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Ability to perform confined space entry (CSE)
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • CDL Class A or B with tank endorsement
  • Ability to travel with expected overnight travel during the week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating vacuum trucks or similar vacuum excavation/industrial vacuum equipment
  • Experience operating tanker trucks or roll-off trucks
  • Valid Real ID driver’s license
  • Air brake endorsement
  • TWIC card
  • Competitive base salary of $30–$35 per hour.
