About eGenesis eGenesis is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing human-compatible engineered organs to address the severe global organ shortage. The Company’s proprietary genome engineering platform enables extensive, multiplex gene edits to remove key biological barriers, add protective human transgenes, and inactivate endogenous retroviruses. EGEN-2784, a genetically engineered porcine kidney, is the Company’s lead program and is currently being evaluated in a multi-patient Expanded Access study at MGH. eGenesis is headquartered in Cambridge, MA.  POSITION SUMMARY eGenesis is seeking a hands-on Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support workplace health and safety programs at our Northwest, Indiana location. This position works closely with the Director of EHS to implement safety programs, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, deliver training, and promote a proactive safety culture. The role supports a unique environment that includes GMP manufacturing operations, research laboratories, animal care operations, veterinary and surgical support areas, maintenance activities, and agricultural facilities. The ideal candidate enjoys being in the field, partnering with employees, and helping identify practical solutions that reduce risk and protect employees. This position offers the opportunity to build a broad EHS skill set while supporting a growing biotechnology company with diverse operations.
