About this role

Why Aisle?

AISLE is building the AI that finds, fixes, and verifies software vulnerabilities autonomously - an end-to-end system that closes the gap between when a vulnerability appears and when it's safely patched. Vulnerabilities are the #1 root cause of cyber incidents, yet most organizations take weeks or months to remediate what attackers now exploit in days. We're ending that backlog.

Our systems already find and fix vulnerabilities in the world's most heavily audited codebases - 375+ independently validated CVEs across projects like OpenSSL, curl, Linux, and Chromium - at machine speed and superhuman scale. AISLE runs entirely inside our customers' perimeter (cloud, on-prem, or fully air-gapped) and can run on our optimized models or theirs, so even the most sensitive organizations, including those operating critical infrastructure, stay in full control of their code and their models.

Backed by world-class founders, advisors, and angel investors, we're defining a new category: sovereign, AI-native security. Our goal isn't to improve vulnerability management - it's to end the backlog and move toward a future where software defends itself.

We’re a small, talent-dense team spread across Europe, the US and Canada. We value high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you want to work with world-class minds in AI and security, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care about solving one of the toughest challenges in tech, Aisle is the place for you.

Why this role exists

You will be our first SDR, and one of the first members of the US sales team. There is no playbook to inherit, no sequence library to copy, no clean CRM to work from. You will build processes from the very beginning.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and work a target account list of large enterprises in partnership with the Head of Sales and Marketing.

  • Run multi-threaded outbound to CISOs, VPs of Security Engineering, Heads of AppSec, and their teams — email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and warm paths through our investor, advisor, and Field CISO network.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound interest against our ICP; run first-call discovery well enough that an AE joins a meeting already informed.

  • Co-define, with the Head of Sales and Marketing, what actually counts as a qualified lead — the MQL → SQL definitions, the handoff, and the disqualification criteria — then hold the line on them.

  • Build the outbound engine from scratch: sequences, messaging tests, call scripts, objection handling, data sources, enrichment, CRM hygiene, dashboards, and the documented playbook the next SDRs will be hired into.

  • Run an AI-augmented desk: account and persona research, list building, signal detection, personalization at volume, call review, and internal reporting.

  • Evaluate and adopt new tools with budget and latitude to do so, and hold a strong, evidence-based opinion on which ones earn their keep

  • Keep the quality bar high: AI for leverage, human judgment for the message. Generic AI-generated outbound does not work with this buyer.

  • Feed market objections back to Product and Marketing with specifics

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in an SDR/BDR or outbound-heavy role in B2B enterprise software, selling to large organizations (six-figure ACV, multi-stakeholder deals, security or procurement review)

  • Demonstrable outbound results you can walk us through

  • Genuinely fluent with AI tools: you already use them daily, you have views on which are good, and you learn new ones in days, not quarters.

  • Comfortable holding a conversation with senior security leaders - you can learn a technical domain fast and speak about it without a script.

  • Process-builder instinct: you document, measure, and improve rather than improvising indefinitely.

  • High agency. You will work with a small US presence and larger team in Europe

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Preference for

  • Cybersecurity experience or adjacent field

  • Experience as the first or one of the first SDRs at a startup

  • Familiarity with hyperscaler and co-sell motions

  • Exposure to security-industry event and community motions (RSA, Black Hat, CISO/hackers communities).
