As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to guide complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals and drive innovation across the enterprise landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex enterprise environments and recommend appropriate technology platforms.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that address unique business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality consulting services in dynamic settings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
