About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive relationships with ERGO CIOs, CTOs, Architects, and Technology Leaders.
  • Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization, Discovery, Cloud Readiness Assessments, and Modernization Roadmaps.
  • Conduct application assessments and define Retain, Retire, Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, and Replace recommendations.
  • Drive APR opportunities across 26+ ERGO affiliates and convert assessments into transformation programs.
  • Secure and manage Microsoft Moonshot, Azure funding, AWS MAP, and AWS WALT programs.
  • Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, business case creation, and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, cloud, and delivery teams to grow the ERGO portfolio.
  • Provide technical governance and architecture leadership for cloud modernization initiatives.

 

Required Skills:

  • 12–15+ years of IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or modernization experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR)
    • Enterprise Architecture
    • Azure & AWS Cloud Platforms
    • Cloud Migration & Modernization
    • Technical Debt & Application Assessment
    • Business Case & TCO Analysis
  • Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Insurance / Financial Services preferred.
