As a Sr HR Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the HR Services team to deliver high-quality HR services to employees and managers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior management and HR business partners to identify and address HR service needs, manage HR service delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in HR services will be instrumental in providing guidance and support to HR team members on complex HR issues.

In this role, you will impact the organization in several ways. By leading the strategy for HR Help globally, you will ensure a customer-centric approach in all HR services. You will develop strong relationships with HRS leadership, Communications team, HR COE teams, and other stakeholders to proactively understand business needs and take action accordingly. Your focus on flawless execution of HR services and processes will support business objectives and contribute to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery
• Proven experience in managing large HR service delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent understanding of HR systems and technology
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
