About Pacific Health Group

As an ECM Lead Care Manager (LCM) Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting frontline operations, strengthening team performance, and reinforcing high-quality, person-centered care delivery across the department. This position is ideal for an experienced ECM professional who thrives in both field-based member support and team development.

Why This Role Matters

In addition to managing a reduced caseload, this role provides hands-on support to fellow LCMs, assists with onboarding and coaching, and helps maintain department workflows and quality standards.

This role combines direct member impact with operational leadership and is ideal for someone passionate about mentorship, problem-solving, and improving outcomes for vulnerable populations.
