Perform all clerical duties for the Engineering Department including record keeping, maintenance reports, and calling contractors/vendors for service.
Responsibilities
- Confirm receipt of and maintain equipment and mobile equipment inspection and maintenance records
- Track and confirm completion of training in the QCBD documentation system
- Filing
- Act as primary contact for facility maintenance issues and requests
- Maintain the RFID database for on-site contractors
- Work with various vendors and/or contractors to ensure services are performed as need
- Track and maintain environmental compliance records
- Receiving
- Maintain, update and distribute blueprints, site drawings, and engineering documents as required
- Oversee and manage College-age summer help employees
- Other job responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Required
- Strong focus on safety
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Self-Starter
- Knowledge of Excel and Outlook software
