Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To overasee equipment preventive maintenance as per schedule
  • In charge equipment form factor conversion, set-up and buyoff
  • Continuous improvement projects
  • New equipment installation or set-up propagation
  • Support major equipment issue troubleshooting and spare parts inventory purchasing
  • Trainer for new SOP either in human behavior or machine operation
  • Adhere to OSHA standard for safety and health
  • Using different sort of machine programming language, etc PLC/CTC/C++/Python for troubleshooting.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline related to Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent field
  • Proficiency in at least one industrial programming language (PLC, CTC, C++, or Python)
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and workplace health regulations

PREFERRED:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in equipment engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related field
  • Experience with equipment preventive maintenance planning and execution
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex equipment issues
  • Certification in industrial automation or PLC programming
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives or Lean/Six Sigma projects

SKILLS :

  • Good command of English
  • Expert in Control System
  • Basic understanding of Machine programming language such as PLC will be added advantage
  • Ability to use CAD will be added advantage
  • Computer Programming language such as Python/C++ will be added advantage
  • An overall understanding of AI infrastructure, such as LLM/Machine Learning/Agentic AI etc will be added advantage.
