Job Description

• Provide L1/L2 support for AVD related issues, including connectivity, login, and basic performance concerns
• Assist with day to day monitoring of AVD host pools, workspaces, and virtual machines
• Support the setup and configuration of virtual machines (VMs) and user profiles (FSLogix) under supervision
• Help troubleshoot and document common AVD issues, escalating complex cases to L2/L3 support
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for AVD updates and new application integrations
• Support basic AVD monitoring tasks (performance, capacity, availability checks)
• Help apply routine patches and updates to AVD components as directed
• Maintain and update knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with senior engineers on new site assessments and onboarding activities
• Learn and apply Azure fundamentals (Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking) in a live production environment

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

50,000 to 62,500 USD
