Key Accountabilities

New Product Introduction

• Work with global sales and design team to review the customer design and raise DFM.
• Work with supplier for new component development, if need.
• PBOM creation and system maintenance.
• Process design for new product.
• First Article submission.
• Sample build.

Process Improvement

• Capacity review & improvement.
• Process review & improvement.
• New technology introduction.

Project leading

• Cost reduction project.
• Yield improvement project.
• Troubleshooting.

Key Qualifications & Requirements 

Education Qualification:

• B.E degree or above with major in engineering related.
• Mechanical, automation, or similar profession.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• 3 years or more of project engineering in a foreign company.
• Familiar with process automation.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Leadership Competence:

• Experience with project management with own leadership.
• Experience with troubleshooting with one's own leadership.

Relevant Experience:

• Experience with lean & 6 sigma is preferred.
• Experience with cleanroom production is preferred.

Others (% of travel, language, etc.):

• Fluent English
