Responsibilities 

  • New service/support ticket management on the COE SW subdomains

  • Incident ticket management

  • Change ticket Management

  • Underderstand CI-CDJenkins build/test and different pipeline stages and Valeo GenFramwork and provide support to various software projects as per guidance

  • Understanding the CoreALM, ALM NG and SIE application and provide support to user requests.

  • Always meet customer service within the defined SLA and thereby meet KPIs 

  • Ready to work in 24/7 support

Key Competences (Transversal/Professional)  

 

  • Understanding of CI/CD tools chain (Jenkins, github, gerrit, gcc,nexus, Artifactory, TeamForge, Codebeamer, Klockwork, Blackduck,...)

  • Understanding of operating system administration  (Windows, Linux) is a must

  • Knowledge on CoreALM(Teamforge/ codebeamer)

  • Knowledge of Static analysis tools like Klocworks/coverity etc

  • Knowledge of Vulnerability scan tools like Blacduck etc

  • Knowledge of software release management/exchange  

  • Knowledge of Docker is a plus

  • Knowledge on Cloud Technologies (AWS) is a plus

  • Working experience with Ticketing systems (like Jira) is must
