- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and Platform Events.
- 3+ years of Experience in Developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, permission set groups and governor limits.
- Experience in working on Salesforce Managed Packages like CPQ.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling and application architecture.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture and Platform Events.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Certinia (FinancialForce), or other ISV managed packages is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Gearset.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
