Enforcement Coordinator

Job Purpose

Take down infringements across the global client book, managing platform removal queues and enforcement cases at speed and quality, and taking on a large share of the team's administrative and operational work. This is a global-support role: it works the worldwide enforcement queues rather than a single local market.

Obviously Protect is the brand-protection business within the RWS Group, helping global brands monitor and enforce against online infringements across marketplaces, social media, websites and domains. We are scaling our enforcement capability worldwide, with India as the hub of that build-out, and this role leads it.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage takedown and removal queues across global marketplaces, social and web channels.
• Action enforcement cases end to end, from detection to resolution.
• Take on a significant share of the team's administrative and operational tasks: case logging, queue and ticket administration, evidence collation, reporting support and general coordination.
• Maintain accurate case, evidence and platform records.
• Track removal outcomes and feed data back to the Client Experience and Engineering teams.
• Support onboarding of new clients into the enforcement workflow.

Skills & Experience

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, comfortable working high-volume queues.
• Highly organised, with strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Entry-level friendly; experience in brand protection, trust & safety or content moderation is a plus.
• Clear written communication in English for platform notices and escalations.
