Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join the Front Office Department at ibis Istanbul Tuzla.

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures.
• Responding to guest requests and directing them to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Managing reservations, room assignments, and payment procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
• Handling telephone calls and email correspondence.
• Providing guests with accurate information about hotel services and facilities.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or in a receptionist position is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Guest-oriented with a friendly, dynamic, and solution-focused approach.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shift work.
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience with hotel management systems is an advantage.
