Employment Law Solicitor/Lawyer Opportunity
Location: Remote/Hybrid (UK-based)
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000

Role Summary:
This role demands a balanced approach to managing both
contentious and non-contentious matters. The successful candidate will manage
their own client base and caseloads with responsibilities that include:
- Handling
all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims (respondents only), including
drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness
statements.
- Advising
on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other
employment matters.
- Drafting
and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, as well as
day-to-day letters and documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome
letters.
- Managing
day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice to meet
client needs.
