Job Description:
Rattaché au responsable de centre, vous aurez la charge du suivi des opérations du camionnage.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
• Assurer l’accueil physique des clients pour les dépôts et retraits à quai (port de charges)
• Garantir la gestion administrative des mouvements du centre : traiter les réclamations clients (ECM), les demandes de changement de livraison (DCL), les retours (RS), les preuves de livraison (POD)
• Assurer le suivi et la gestion des colis en cage (gestion des damages)
• Résoudre et chercher des solutions pour les colis non livrables
• Assurer les différentes tâches de reporting liées à votre activité
