About this role

Job Description:

The EMEA Logistics Specialist is responsible for leading and optimizing interregional transportation operations across Ocean and Air freight networks. This role focuses on delivering superior service performance, cost efficiency, transit reliability, and operational excellence through effective carrier management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will drive transportation performance, lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage critical logistics escalations, and partner with key stakeholders to support business growth and supply chain objectives.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading and optimizing international transportation operations across Ocean and Air freight for inter regional flows, driving improvements in service, cost, transit time, and overall supply chain performance.

  • Owning carrier and logistics service provider relationships, establishing service expectations, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, conducting performance reviews, and driving corrective actions to improve service reliability and operational efficiency.

  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across transportation networks, leveraging process optimization, root cause analysis, and best practices to improve transit performance, reduce lead times, and deliver cost savings.

  • Utilizing data analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards to evaluate lane, carrier, and network performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Supporting transportation strategy development by evaluating network performance, market trends, carrier capabilities, and emerging opportunities to enhance supply chain resilience and competitiveness.

  • Promoting operational excellence by standardizing processes, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
