THE ROLE

We are looking for an organised, proactive and collaborative Enterprise Field Marketing Specialist.

This is a junior individual contributor role that supports the execution of enterprise-focused marketing across key EMEA markets and selected key accounts. The EMEA Enterprise Field Marketing Specialist will help drive the planning, coordination and delivery of enterprise-focused marketing programs across EMEA, with a particular focus on core markets (UK, France and Germany) and selected priority accounts. You will help keep trackers up to date, stakeholders informed and deliver activities to a high standard.

Working closely with the EMEA Enterprise Senior Field Marketing Manager, regional Field Marketing Managers, Sales and wider marketing team, you will help coordinate campaigns, events, reporting and day-to-day project delivery. The successful candidate will be able to work independently (with coaching) to help ensure that enterprise initiatives are well organised, properly followed through and measured consistently.

This is a hands-on coordination role that covers multiple marketing disciplines. You will have a chance to work with everyone from marketing operations and data to digital and email campaigns and events and executive experiences.

If you are detail-oriented, enjoy project management and communication, and want to build your career in enterprise marketing and account-based marketing #teamorange could be a great fit.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Coordinate enterprise marketing projects, trackers, timelines and follow-up actions across core markets and priority accounts
  • Support execution of campaigns, events and account-based activities, including campaign set-up, assets, localisation and logistics
  • Keep regional marketing, Sales and supporting teams aligned through meeting coordination, updates and progress tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting inputs, helping surface risks, monitor deliverables and support operational compliance including GDPR
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Staines-Upon-Thames office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in marketing, project coordination, events, campaign execution or a similar support role
  • Comfortable using G Suite, especially Drive, Slides, Docs and Sheets, with confidence managing trackers, lists and reporting inputs
  • Strong organisation, communication and follow-through, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time
  • Interest in B2B marketing across EMEA, with awareness of localisation, market differences and good data handling practices
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau and 6Sense is helpful

SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

  • Projects are well coordinated and delivered on time
  • Trackers, notes and reporting inputs are accurate and easy for the team to use
  • Stakeholders feel informed, supported and clear on next steps
  • Campaign and event operations run smoothly with fewer gaps or missed follow-ups
  • The Enterprise marketing team can move faster because the coordination and delivery basics are consistently well managed
