Who What Wear UK and Marie Claire UK are two of the world's most influential fashion and beauty media brands. Based in our London office on a hybrid basis, our audience and marketing teams deliver inspiring style coverage and lifestyle content. We connect millions of readers with trusted fashion trends, beauty advice, and curated commercial offers every day. You'll join a collaborative digital marketing group that values data-driven creativity, newsletter innovation, and subscriber engagement.
What you'll do
Reporting to the Managing Editor in London, you'll manage day-to-day email marketing, retention, and growth campaigns across Who What Wear UK and Marie Claire UK. You'll oversee newsletter scheduling, dedicated brand sends, and third-party partnership campaigns to drive website traffic, affiliate revenue, and subscriber loyalty. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with editorial leads to optimize audience referral channels and support major brand moments.
On a daily basis, you'll build and schedule email campaigns using ESPs like Sailthru, Klaviyo, or Selligent. You'll write HTML and CSS code for email templates, analyse campaign metrics in Google Analytics, and track roll-outs using Asana, Trello, or Monday.com. Additionally, you'll present weekly performance insights to editorial stakeholders, design assets in Adobe Creative Suite, and manage data in Excel and Google Workspace.
- Manage daily email operations, including scheduling newsletters, dedicated partner sends, and targeted brand distribution strategies across both titles.
- Optimize email referral channels to increase website traffic, boost affiliate revenue, and deepen subscriber retention.
- Build, test, and schedule segmented email campaigns and automated customer journeys using ESP platforms.
- Analyse newsletter performance data in Google Analytics to share actionable campaign insights with editorial teams.
- Coordinate campaign roll-outs and third-party partnerships using project management platforms like Asana or Monday.com.
- Update email HTML and CSS templates while creating campaign graphics in Adobe Creative Suite and managing data in Excel.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrable experience managing email marketing, subscriber segmentation, and automated customer journeys within a digital environment.
- Proficiency using Enterprise ESP platforms such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, Selligent, or similar email tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
- Ability to build custom reports and analyse engagement metrics in Google Analytics.
- Experience using project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to coordinate campaign delivery.
- Collaborative communication skills with an ability to present performance insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience running multi-stage email marketing campaigns or digital newsletter channels.
- Practical experience using ESP software, Google Analytics, and spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work from our London office on a hybrid basis.

The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £35,000
This is a hybrid role, working 2 days per week from our London office.
