About this role

Job Description & Summary

CRM - AI 影音創新實驗室

1.運用 AI 生成工具製作企業影音內容,涵蓋圖像、影片與聲音生成
2.參與腳本、分鏡與視覺風格設計,研究角色與產品的一致性控制
3.撰寫影片製作研究紀錄,累積可重複使用的方法與案例
4.協助將有效方法整理為 SOP、模板與工作流程
5.研究國內外 AI 影音平台與商業案例,參與內部技術分享
 

EA(含SAP):
依EA(含SAP)專案需求安排，協助專案資料準備，完成主管交辦事項，包含但不限以下事項：
1. 參與客戶需求訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
2. 協助撰擬使用者手冊
3. 協助文件翻譯、繕打
4. 協助專案進度追蹤與統計
5. 協助權限系統設定
6. 協助海外專案顧問團隊機票住宿資訊安排

CRM:

1. 協助撰擬使用者手冊，銷售文件，製作簡報等
2. 參與客戶需求訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
3. 文件翻譯(英翻中)、繕打
4. 協助測試網頁、資料庫
5. 依CRM專案需求安排，協助專案資料準備。

D&A:

1.協助D&A專案進行
2. 參與客戶需求訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
3. 文件翻譯(英翻中)、繕打
4. 協助測試網頁、資料庫
5. 依D&A專案需求安排，協助專案資料準備。

AI:

1.協助AI專案進行
2. 參與客戶需求訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
3. 文件翻譯(英翻中)、繕打
4. 協助測試網頁、資料庫
5. 依AI專案需求安排，協助專案資料準備。
 

S&E策略轉型:

1. 協助撰擬市場及財務分析，製作簡報等
2. 參與客戶營運訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
3. 文件翻譯(英翻中)、繕打
4. 協助測試網頁、資料庫
5. 依Strategy(策略轉型)專案需求安排，協助專案資料準備。

S&E Oracle:

1. 協助撰擬使用者手冊，系統測試紀錄，製作簡報等
2. 參與客戶需求訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
3. 文件翻譯(英翻中)、繕打
4. 協助測試ERP、資料庫
5. 依Oracle ERP專案需求安排，協助專案資料準備。
6. 完成主管交辦事項

PUB- Government & Public Services:

1. 協助政府專案進行
2. 協助調查及分析政府/企業AI數位轉型趨勢及現況
3. 協助翻譯AI數位轉型案例、分析報告等文稿
4. 協助行政文書、資料整理、工作會議、活動辦理等
5. 完成主管交辦事項

PUB- AI數位轉型:

1. 協助AI技能培訓專案進行
2. 協助AI數位轉型評估質量化設計
3. 協助測試網頁、資料庫
4. 參與客戶需求訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
5. 協助專案教材準備、辦理活動
6. 完成主管交辦事項

CIC-雲端solutions/programmer :

1.協助CIC專案進行
2. 參與客戶需求訪談，並彙整會議紀錄
3. 文件翻譯(英翻中)、繕打
4. 協助測試網頁、資料庫
5. 依CIC專案需求安排，協助專案資料準備。
6. 完成主管交辦事項

一般需求條件:
1. 誠摯歡迎管理學院或資訊領域相關學系，大三(含)以上或研究所在學或應屆將畢業學生
2. 對於顧問行業有熱忱，未來有興趣從事顧問行業
3. 具備所選組別相關知識及經驗優
4. 具學習熱忱及問題解決能力

For AI 影音創新實驗室
1. 誠摯歡迎視覺傳達、廣告行銷、多媒體動畫、影像圖文傳播、互動設計相關學系,大四(含)以上或研究所在學或應屆將畢業學生
2. 對於顧問行業與 AI 內容創作有熱忱,具美感、敘事能力或流程整理能力其中之一,未來有興趣從事 AI 應用相關工作
3. 具 AI 生成工具(如 Stable Diffusion、Midjourney、Nano Banana、即夢、Kling 可靈)或自動化工具(n8n/ComfyUI)使用經驗者佳,附作品集或一支自製 AI 短片佳
