About this role

Black Bros. Co. is seeking an Electrical Assembler to install and wire electrical components in both standard and custom equipment. This role supports production by ensuring assemblies meet quality, safety, and performance standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Install and wire electrical components including motors, panels, relays, and solenoids
  • Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
  • Drill, tap, cut, bend, and install conduit; pull and terminate wiring
  • Perform mechanical assembly work including mounting components and aligning shafts and bearings
  • Test assemblies for functionality and make necessary adjustments
  • Identify and report material or assembly issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area



Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of electrical assembly or related experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Electrical certificate or Associate degree in Electrical Technology (required and can be obtained while on the job)

  • Training may be completed while working
  • Employees receiving company-paid education are required to remain employed for a defined period after completion or repay tuition costs based on company policy

  • Frequent standing, lifting, bending, and handling parts and tools
  • Lifting ranges from light components to heavier assemblies



Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
