En ADT Security Services, líder en soluciones de seguridad, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ejecutivo/a de Call Center para formar parte de nuestro equipo en Providencia.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
Brindar atención comercial y técnica a nuestros clientes.
Gestionar la retención de clientes, siguiendo las políticas de la compañía.
Realizar ventas cruzadas y ofrecer servicios de valor agregado.
Modalidad y Horario:
- 100% presencial en nuestras oficinas en Providencia.
- Turnos rotativos 6x1 (6 días de trabajo por 1 de descanso).
- Jornada de 36 horas semanales.
¿Qué necesitas para postular?
Enseñanza media completa.
Experencia en call center de al menos 6 meses.
