All’interno del team Project and Development Services (PDS), siamo leader nei servizi di progettazione, consulenza e project management e mettiamo la nostra esperienza al servizio dello sviluppo di milioni di metri quadrati di uffici, spazi retail e siti industriali.

Per supportare la crescita della nostra business line Shopping Center Projects, siamo alla ricerca di un/una laureato in grado di supportare il Project Manager nei progetti e processi di sviluppo e valorizzazione di centri commerciali, inclusi interventi di restyling, riqualificazione, ampliamento, frazionamento e accorpamento di unità commerciali, oltre ad attività di pilotage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

La risorsa verrà inserita in un contesto dinamico e affiancherà il team di lavoro nella gestione dell’intero processo di progettazione, sviluppo e realizzazione di interventi di riqualificazione strategici per i nostri clienti del settore Retail, riportando direttamente al Project Manager di riferimento.

MANSIONI

  • Supporto operativo nella gestione di progetti immobiliari in tutte le fasi (sopralluoghi, concept design, studi di fattibilità, progettazione, gestione gare d’appalto e realizzazione)
  • Collaborare con colleghi e consulenti per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati
  • Rispettare i tempi di consegna
  • Predisporre documentazione tecnica e report, su indicazione del Project Manager di riferimento
  • Archiviare la documentazione necessaria nelle diverse fasi del progetto, nel rispetto delle procedure e degli standard aziendali.

REQUISITI

  • Laurea in Architettura
  • Buona conoscenza di AutoCAD e del pacchetto Microsoft Office
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Predisposizione all’utilizzo dell’Intelligenza artificiale
  • Forte orientamento alla collaborazione e all’apprendimento
  • Capacità organizzativa, proattività e voglia di crescita
