TheĀ Education & B2B Marketing Coordinator’s primary goalsĀ areĀ successful implementation ofĀ EDU and B2BĀ brand building/strengtheningĀ marketing campaignsĀ and demand generation activities.Ā SuccessfulĀ campaignsĀ willĀ target two mainĀ groups:Ā education (namely school, campus, teacher, administrator,Ā and student) and B2B (namely integrator and pro cross-brand).

Additionally,Ā this roleĀ worksĀ alongsideĀ theĀ FocusriteĀ Group Professional teamĀ (theĀ Director, B2B Partner Development,Ā theĀ Director, EDU Partner Development,Ā and theĀ Senior Manager of Sales)Ā serving as theĀ logisticalĀ pointĀ person,Ā supporting events, demos, and business development activities.

Reporting to theĀ Director of Marketing, theĀ Education & B2B Marketing CoordinatorĀ will be working between marketing and business development teams to realize engaging lead-generation campaigns in North and Latin AmericaĀ forĀ brands across theĀ FocusriteĀ Group.

Key Role Responsibilities:

LeadingĀ EDU and B2B Marketing InitiativesĀ 

  • Support theĀ DirectorĀ of Marketing andĀ FocusriteĀ Group Professional team inĀ establishingĀ and evaluating an EDU marketing strategy and plan.
  • Curate education market campaigns, tracked against set KPIs, onĀ scheduleĀ and to budget, working withĀ multipleĀ marketing teams,Ā local andĀ global,Ā acrossĀ FocusriteĀ Group Content CreationĀ brands
  • Research andĀ maintainĀ annualĀ EDU calendarĀ forĀ digital and in-personĀ events:

oĀ Ā  CoordinateĀ exhibitĀ plansĀ forĀ chosenĀ events,Ā withĀ occasional participation where necessary

oĀ Ā  Plan, promote, produce and reviewĀ FocusriteĀ GroupĀ Education and B2BĀ webinars

oĀ Ā  Review and negotiateĀ educationĀ event sponsorships and donation requests

  • Project management, from conception to completion, of EDU and D2C Expert Guides and case studies
  • Research and book advertising placements to support marketing campaigns. Work with creative and copy writing resources to provide promotional assets to relevant media partners, reviewers, bloggers and editors
  • Manage facilitation of Americas dealer/distributor education and integrator marketing communications and product messaging to ensure on-brand, accurate and relevantĀ representation of all Focusrite Group solutions
  • With supervision from Director of Marketing, maintain the US EDU budget, tracking spends, sourcing invoices, and submitting for payment

Logistical and Event OperationsĀ 

  • Assist the Focusrite Group Professional team, in planning and execution of EDU and B2B events
  • Coordinate and book demo gear shipments, including immersive rigs, to ensure timely delivery using FedEx or freight carriers
  • Process product seeding, and demo orders with full administrative follow-through in NetSuite, ensuring accurate loan records, policy adherence, and timely returns

What We're Looking For:

  • Required: 2+ years in a marketing role, preferably in a campaign building team
  • Genuine excitement about building a career in education marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong sense of personal accountability; you follow through, full stop
  • Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent tasks without losing accuracy
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Some experience with on-brand, professionally voiced marketing copy writing
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-first attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly and stay composed when priorities shift
  • Any background in event coordination, logistics, or a similarly process-driven role a plus
