The Ecommerce & Merchandising Specialist plays a key role in shaping TikTok Shop France. Owning Seller Centre catalogue & listings (our 3 FR shops), pricing & promo execution, assortment/stock and GMV reporting. 

The ideal candidate will bring experience from marketplace or social commerce experience (TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central or similar) to drive the continued growth of our TikTok Shop. 

What you will do: 

  • Owning Seller Centre catalogue & listings (our 3 FR shops), pricing & promo execution, assortment/stock and GMV reporting for our TikTok Shop France. 
  • Oversee planning and implementation of new product launches, digital promotional activity and pricing strategies. 
  • Ensure best-in-class digital content is presented across D2C websites, aligned with brand guidelines and consumer needs. 
  • Optimise onsite category and product pages for sales and conversion, driving organic visibility, traffic and revenue growth. 
  • Marketplace or social commerce experience (TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central or similar)
  • Identify trading risks and opportunities, taking proactive action and communicating insights to the wider business. 
  • Report on website performance, analyse data and implement strategies that deliver measurable improvements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trade plans, best practices and innovative new site features. 

What you will have: 

  • Experience in ecommerce, merchandising or digital trading - ideally in marketplace or social commerce environment 
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital environments and the end-to-end consumer journey. 
  • Ability to analyse sales and performance data, translate insights into strategies and deliver measurable results. 
  • Marketplace or social commerce experience (TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central or similar)
  • Proficiency with analytics and performance tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI). 
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  
  • Passion for delivering outstanding digital consumer experiences.
